FAQs

Where can you guide in London?

Pretty much anywhere in London. From Westminster to Bloomsbury, Camden to Mayfair. Or London’s many museums and sites, including Westminster Abbey, The Tower of London, The British Museum, National Gallery and more.

Do you guide outside of London?

Yes! I can take you on a variety of day trips from the city including Windsor Castle, Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford, Salisbury and more. Just reach out and let me know where you want to visit.

How long do the tours last?

That’s entirely up to you! If you book a private tour with me we can design the trip to your wants and needs. Timings, locations, restaurants. Lock Stock and barrel - as we’d say in London.

What are your credentials?

I am a Blue Badge Qualified Guide, the highest guiding qualification in the UK, awarded by the Institute of Tourist Guiding. Blue Badge guides undergo intensive training in history, architecture, art, and guiding techniques, as well as rigorous written and practical exams.

Are you a Londoner?

Yep. North London and proud. I’ve spent my entire life in this city and I love it as much as ever.

What’s your favourite pub?

Wow. What a question. There’s too many to choose. For central I’ll go with the Kings Arms on Roupall Street. Otherwise it’s the Pineapple in Kentish Town.

Who’s your favourite monarch?

Charles II. The King of Bling.

Who’s that other guy in the photo?

My friend Ollie. He asked to be on my website. So now he is.
